From June 2022, the L'Oréal group brand is embarking on the exploration of new digital frontiers. Several activations, including the launch of an NFT Wallet dedicated to its community, NFT drops and a first partnership with a rising web3 star will be orchestrated by the Wunderman Thompson agency and implemented using Arianee's web3 solutions. 

A YSL Beauty wallet and a "token-gated" web3 hub

True to its pioneering spirit, YSL Beauté opens up new ways to explore and connect to its communities around the world, based on the latest web3 technologies. Sensitive to emerging cultural trends and eager for experimentation, the brand wants to co-create a unique place, where everyone can feel confident, dare and, above all, experience their freedom.

It all starts on June 15 with the possibility for Vivatech visitors as well as subscribers to the @YSLBeauty Instagram and Twitter accounts to claim (recover) their first YSL Beauty NFT. A true token of recognition of the commitment of its communities, these 10,000 YSL Beauty Golden Blocks (ERC721 minted on Polygon with the Arianee protocol) will unlock exclusive experiences, including preview access to an operation on the P00LS platform, whitelisting for upcoming NFT drops and much more.

In order to make the web3 accessible to everyone, natives of crypto currencies or newcomers, the NFTs will be claimable (recoverable) within the YSL Beauty Wallet application shaped by Arianee. It will allow users to obtain a state-of-the-art Ethereum-based Wallet, providing an optimal and secure user experience.

On June 21, a partnership with the decentralized platform P00LS and two inspiring artists from the music scene, Agathe Mougin and Kittens, will be launched. YSL Beauty communities will be invited to discover artists' projects and collect their "social tokens". True to the brand's commitment to preventing and combating domestic violence, the activation will be accompanied by a donation to two partner NGOs of the Aimer Sans Abuser program: "It's on Us" in the United States and "En Before All" in France.
