Young Nice Artists Festival 2023

The jury has just deliberated and has selected 30 works from more than 150 files received since the launch of the call for applications at the beginning of January, on the given theme: "We are ONE".

The "Young Nice Artists" festival is thus preparing to highlight a new selection of artistic talents, emerging or not, all based in the Côte d'Azur region. The exhibition of works will be open to the public from March 31 to May 12, 2023. As a reminder, the "Young Nice Artists" festival is an open invitation to contemporary art from the Côte d'Azur region. A competition dedicated to emerging creation to unearth new talents, and support them by offering them a first exposure opportunity.

Who are the new-coming artists?

Initiated in 2021 by Nicolas Martin, director of the AC Hotel Nice, imagined by the Nice poster artist Eric Garence, and directed by the ambassador of the Côte D'Azur Soraya Bahsoun, the first edition of the festival won a real hit !
The winner(s) of this second 2023 edition will receive the jury prize and the Internet user prize, who will be able to vote throughout the duration of the exhibition on the festival's facebook page. Closing party scheduled for May 12!

Create visibility for artists

Eric Garence, President of the Young Nice Artists Festival: "In my youth I would have loved to participate in a competition and have a chance to be exhibited in a Mecca of Nice culture. So when the AC Hotel by Marriott asked me to bring art to life in the hotel, we have created the Young Nice Artist Festival. The festival was born like this, to give all established and budding artists the chance to obtain great visibility!"
