Burberry's Holiday Campaign Film Featuring Lily James
n a background and atmosphere of the World War II, the Holiday Campaign for Burberry relives the story of its founder, Thomas, and of the brand. The entire story was directed by the Academy Award-winning British filmmaker and documentarian Asif Kapadia. Here, Sienna Miller plays the role of Burberry's first love, Dominic West as the explorer and Burberry patron Ernest Shackleton. Lily James, the face of Burberry fragrance campaigns, plays the role of Betty Dawson, record-breaking pilot Betty Kirby-Green, who flew a Burberry-sponsored airplane from Croydon, Englad to Cape Town, South Africa, without forgetting to put on her lipstick.
