Trophy Trunck for Monaco Grand Prix by Louis Vuitton
As the Monaco Grand Prix is approaching, Automobile Club de Monaco established a one year partnership with the luxury brand, Louis Vuitton for the design of its trophy trunk.
With the slogan "Victory travels in Louis Vuitton", the case is handcrafted in the brand's historic workshops in Asnieres, on the outskirts of Paris. The trunk comes with its well-known monogram including the red color of the Monegasque flag, in a red-white printed V sign. The trophy includes the 19 turns of the track and it will be awarded to the winner of the race, on the 23rd of May.

"At almost 300 km/h between the rails, it's the Formula One Grand Prix that all drivers aspire to win one day. Today, we are proud to be associated with the championship and to start writing together a piece of history," Michael Burke, chairman and chief executive officer of Louis Vuitton, declared.
This year, Monaco Grand Prix sees itself with a reduced 40% capacity fill due to the actual situation and only 7500 tickets allowed. As for the luxury brand, it is not the first collaboration of this type, counting, among others, the one with the NBA for America's Cup or Roland Garros, tennis competition.
