Tom Ford's first women apparel outlet in Moscow

Russian luxury market never ceases to thrive although it has its ups and downs. Therefore, Moscow is a great place for the Texan fashion designer, Tom Ford to launch his women apparel outlet. Tom Ford has launched in 2009 first menswear outlet.

Tom Ford, former Creative Director for Gucci, expressed his confidence in Russian market to revitalize and not feel the economical crisis. Russia is known as being the world's fourth largest luxury market.  The designer is confident that the clothing market will never slow down in time of recession.

Although great designers like Alexander McQueen were forced to close down in 2009 when recession put a black spot on the market, now a coming back trend to Russian markets seem to take place.
