Tigermilk Nice Launches its Mexican Brunch

The Tigermilk restaurant unveiled its Mexican brunch on January 14 and a journey around Mexican flavors was on the agenda. A light, fresh cuisine that took us on a journey to take us towards strong sensations in our mouths.

An essential address for lovers of South American-inspired cuisine, the Tigermilk restaurant has, since its opening, managed to carve out a place among the region's must-see addresses not to be missed. Good news ! If several of their addresses had already launched it, it is the turn of Tigermilk Nice to offer its Sunday brunch. The brunch menu offers a selection of dishes that will take you on a journey and delight your taste buds with locally sourced products.

What is on the menu for the brunch?

Tigermilk offers a brunch for €26 including a sweet plate + a savory plate + a cold drink + a hot drink. On the menu side, we discover a selection of traditional Mexican dishes that will take you on a journey and delight your taste buds. Among the latter, find the classic Avocado Toast, the Huevos Rancheros (Mexican-style scrambled eggs), or the succulent Chimi Carnitas Bun pulled from free-range pork.Ceviche, quesadillas and tacos are also other specialties that you can taste.

On the sweet side, the choice is even more difficult with the famous desserts: Dulce de Leche Cheesecake, the generous pancakes with maple syrup and blueberries, or the delicious brioche lost with salted butter caramel. Everything is homemade!
