COYA Monte Carlo & Jimmy'z Monte Carlo | Launch of the 2023 season at Sporting Monte-Carlo

Why wait for summer when you can savor the emblematic Pisco Sour in the Latin American atmosphere of COYA Monte-Carlo on sunny spring days and wiggle your hips on the dance floor of Jimmy'z Monte-Carlo? For this new season, the two icons of Sporting Monte-Carlo nightlife are reopening their doors earlier than in previous seasons: from March 24 the mythical Jimmy'z Monte-Carlo will open in warm up mode on Friday and Saturday evenings before to regain its cruising speed in July. From April 6, 2023, COYA Monte-Carlo will launch its 6th season, with even more music by COYA Music, celebrations, Peruvian flavors sublimated by Chef Victoria Vallenilla and new features, including "Clásico" evenings.

The Great Art of clubbing and partying takes over Sporting Monte-Carlo until October 28, 2023.

Jimmy'z Monte-Carlo, the temple of clubbing reopens its doors from March 24, 2023
The mythical club of the Côte d'Azur which has been making celebrities from the world of sport, cinema and show business dance for almost 50 years, announces a great season before its jubilee next year.
Kicking off on Friday March 24, with a Limelight Party. The made in Riviera concept that launched the great wave of electro parties in France in the early 90s is coming to Jimmy'z Monte-Carlo for the very first party of the season. Programming will then run until October 28, 2023.
Deep House experience during the week, with its rhythms mixing House music, jazz-funk and soul. A return to the roots of the House version Chicago and New York of the end of the 80s.
On weekends, international DJs will follow one another on the turntables with a current, ultra-festive musical program that will make everyone agree on the dance floor.
In this new summer season which is reviving the art of partying in Monte-Carlo, make a date at Jimmy'z:

- Friday March 24: Limelight Party
- Saturday March 25 - After Bal de la Rose: Warm-Up - Ollie DJ, main set - DJ Rawdolff
- Formula 1 Grand Prix - from Thursday 25 May: Alec Monopoly (1st part at COYA Monte-Carlo),
Moojo warm-up; & Me, Rampa and Jamie Jones among the headliners
- Evenings in partnership with Philip Plein and Dom Pérignon

COYA Monte-Carlo, the fusion of two cultures: Latin American flavors and rhythms and local art

From April 6, 2023, COYA Monte-Carlo takes its customers on a culinary, musical and artistic journey. Following the success of the partnership with Monegasque artist Lukas Avalon at the end of last season, COYA Monte-Carlo will continue to support local artists by organizing exhibitions throughout the season.
Culinary art obviously remains at the center of this trip, with the most exciting flavors of contemporary Peruvian cuisine offered by the talented Chef Victoria Vallenilla. Among the new items on the menu:
- Vegetable Ceviche: new vegan version of ceviche made with seasonal vegetables.
- The Causa Frita: typical Peruvian potato-based dish, revisited in a hot version,
accompanied by fresh truffle cheese and Wagyu charcuterie.
- Tres Leches: typical Latin American dessert redesigned in an even more gourmet version.

On the bar side, the mixology already present in the concept of COYA Monte-Carlo, becomes an experience in itself with the Pisco Bar. Coming soon, events around the Pisco 1615 brand.

Another great novelty of the season: the "Clásico" evenings
Every Thursday evening, COYA Monte-Carlo will offer a unique formula in a 100% Latin American, festive and elegant atmosphere. Clásico is the best of COYA to experience with family or friends, with live music, dancers and live-performers, a perfect before while waiting for the weekend.

Music at the very heart of this new season, with the COYA Music label gaining momentum and reinforcing the unique COYA experience. The international DJs signed by the label can be discovered during special evenings that mark out the summer programme. To note :
- June 29: the return of the traditional Noche Blanca evening
- July 20 & August 17: COYA Music evenings with star DJs from the label

And for an exclusive private COYA Monte-Carlo experience, the indoor restaurant room and the private dining room can be privatized this year from 30 to 100 people.
