The French Fund for Nutrition and Health launches from 10 till 16 December 2012 the Nutrition and Health Week, a week of sensitisation and of information for the general public with links between feeding and health. With this week, the French Fund for Nutrition and Health wants to accompany the population, where it is, and example in the support, on the way which leads to restore the alliance of pleasure and of healthy eating that are and must remain the foundations of the «good to eat» French-style.
Displayed domestically, the Nutrition and Health Week has as specificity to make easier the implementation, at local level, by participative actions of specific publics (children, teenagers, students, families, seniors, persons in situation of precariousness), their dialect of feeding and of benefits which they can withdraw from a healthy feeding. By engaging actions, the participants will be able to identify simple food behaviours to be implemented in the daily allowing them to reconcile pleasure and health.
To implement this week, the French Fund for Nutrition and Health chose 16 local actors of food education and accompanies them in the deployment of their plan. During the week, more than 25 actions will so be offered in metropolitan France and ultramarine. According to the number of places, either actions are opened to all, or they contact a specific public. At any rate, one waits many for the public!
The Nutrition and Health Week is offered by the French Fund for Nutrition and Health, allocation fund created and admitted in 2011, and which has as mission to guide the French population towards a food behaviour which is source of pleasure and favourable to health. This Week Nutrition and Health is one of its key actions implemented in 2012, with the call to plans \"searches\" carrying on four themes and endowed at the level of 1,2 million euro, and the organisation December 18th of a called symposium «food Behaviour: the levers of change».
