A new art of the party makes summer vibrate in Monaco

The new Monte-Carlo Art of Living continues to reinvent itself with a 2023 summer season teeming with novelties under the sign of celebration. From the azure banks of Larvotto to the new Place du Casino, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer is reviving the art of chic and glamorous celebration that has made its legend, while resolutely keeping up with its time with inventive experiences. with multiple influences, for all audiences, all times and all desires.

Event of this 2023 season: on the Monte-Carlo Beach side, the launch of Maona Monte-Carlo, an open-air summer cabaret celebrating the great festive hours in the Principality and Monegasque cuisine, the Club La Vigie Monte-Carlo will reconnect with a festive spirit during the day in a natural and relaxed setting. The party will also come to the Place du Casino with the expected opening of Amazónico Monte-Carlo and its 1000 m² rooftop nestled on the roof of the new Café de Paris. 3 new must-see addresses in addition to COYA Monte-Carlo, Buddha-Bar Monte-Carlo and Jimmy'z Monte-Carlo to make Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer the most exclusive festive destination on the Riviera.

Maona Monte-Carlo, an open-air summer cabaret to celebrate Monegasque heritage

The new art of the party is lived in the most popular places in the Principality and is inspired by its unique history to put stars in the eyes of residents and visitors from all over the world. With Maona Monte-Carlo, two mythical decades invite themselves from the end of June on a villa-terrace set on the rocks, a stone's throw from the Monte-Carlo Beach: the 60s and 70s and their breath freedom, carelessness and irreverence, embodied by the most iconic personalities of the time who took up their summer quarters in Monaco. "Ma" like Maria Callas and "Ona" like Aristotle Onassis, celebrities behind the very first Maona, an iconic Riviera club created a few steps away in 1962, the tone is set. From the end of June 2023 Maona Monte-Carlo will offer a first in the Principality: a summer cabaret under the stars with an amazing Riviera atmosphere, reconnecting with its origins, which will showcase live music and Monegasque culinary heritage.

To imagine a menu faithful to local gastronomy, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer has mobilized its employees, their parents and their grandparents, to collect the best family recipes. On the Maona Monte-Carlo menu, you will find local and shared cuisine, Prawns flambéed with pastis, Tagliolini with capon, marjoram and lemon and a Pêche Melba tribute to the great Auguste Escoffier who marked the gastronomic history of Monaco.

Every day from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m., a pianist, a Diva and a DJ will follow one another to give a live musical atmosphere to the setting with a retro and shimmering spirit opening onto the sea. Also on the program: the Bar Sauvage, with creations cocktails paying tribute to the different districts of Monaco, rare spirits such as vermouths from the 50s and 60s or an exclusive digestive based on Monegasque oranges for tailor-made recipes, all under the aegis of mixologist Giancarlo Mancino. A rare gem to enjoy under the pergola on mild summer evenings: an exceptional 1956 Negroni Monte-Carlo, the year of the marriage of SAS le Principe Rainier and Grace Kelly. The experience will be complete with the Tam Tam Room, an ultra-VIP 12-seat space with an original and visual design, a nod to Joséphine Baker.
With Maona Monte-Carlo, all the know-how of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer comes to life in a unique proprietary concept.

The Club La Vigie for festive days in a natural and relaxed setting

From June 2, 2023, Pointe de la Vigie is being revisited in a private club version from noon to 8 p.m. In a green setting overlooking the sea, this little paradise has regained its original DNA to become the new meeting place for festive afternoons and sunsets on the Riviera. In an elegant and effervescent atmosphere, Club La Vigie will combine the beach club spirit with its feet in the water, Mediterranean cuisine, creative cocktails and cutting-edge musical programming. The place will reveal the best-kept secret of Monte-Carlo Beach since 1952, its 5 bungalows nestled in the pine forest, renamed "Love Nests" for more intimate moments with lovers or friends. Access can be done by boat and a shuttle will make it easy to reach the Maona Monte-Carlo to continue the evening under the stars.

Amazónico, the must-have for festive evenings in Madrid, London and Dubai, settles on the Place du Casino

A veritable institution of Monegasque life since 1868, the Café de Paris Monte-Carlo is in turn undergoing a transformation and will offer in the summer of 2023 a magnified brasserie deployed on two levels and one of the most beautiful viewpoints of the world. This exceptional place on the Place du Casino will host Amazónico Monte-Carlo on its roof, an ultra-festive and gourmet concept created in 2010 by Sandro Silva and Marta Seco, which quickly became one of the most popular restaurants in Madrid, London and Dubai. . Amazónico is a journey of all the senses that celebrates cultural and gastronomic diversity from Brazil to Peru, in a breathtaking setting inspired by the Amazonian forest, combining lush plant decorations, natural materials, velvet banquettes, jungle-effect textiles... His cuisine creatively mixes tropical and Latin American influences. The restaurant will be animated by live performances of Latin-inspired jazz, bossa nova and Cuban music, while resident DJs will rock the Bar & Lounge area with "electro-pical" sounds. A speakeasy reserved for restaurant customers will complete the experience with an intimate and stylish touch.

Amazónico Monte-Carlo enriches the offer of international concepts available within the Resort, such as COYA Monte-Carlo and Buddha-Bar Monte-Carlo, and festive "house" brands such as Jimmy'z Monte-Carlo, club most iconic of the Riviera, or the Casino de Monte-Carlo.
