In 2003 Malene Birger founded the international brand, with IC Companys A / S investors. In 2010, she decided to sell her shares to IC Companys. Ever since Ms Birger , the design team and the direction of By Malene Birger focused on the development of brand identity and aesthetic universe.

The sale had established a long-term strategy that reaches its conclusion with the departure of Malene Birger .

Vision, beliefs and values ​​communicated when the company was founded will continue to live and be expressed by the artistic direction of By Malene Birger . Their job will be to develop the distinctive design and brand signature .
