"Agapé. L'Amour qui change le Monde" by Andrea Roggi - Until September 15, 2024 on the Colline du Château then from September 15 to December 15 on the Quai des Etats-Unis > Opening Friday, September 13 at 6:30 p.m.Since Monday, July 15, the emblematic hill of the Castle of Nice has hosted a monumental exhibition by the Italian artist Andrea Roggi. 3 works, including two new works "L'Amore, il Futuro del Mondo" and "Il Futuro siamo Noi", are sublimated by the natural setting of the hill of the Castle and the Baie des Anges. This exhibition is inspired by the Greek concept of love with imposing bronze sculptures representing nature and thus integrating perfectly into the environment of Nice.
Promenade du Paillon (Alleys of the Resistance and Deportation)
"The Promenade des Anglais is exhibited on the Promenade du Paillon" - Since August 2, 2024Until October 2024, photographer David Elalouf will present his photographs of the Promenade des Anglais on the Promenade du Paillon. 10 photographic works, with original angles and a unique dimension, are highlighted in the setting of the Promenade du Paillon. David Elalouf only uses old film cameras but also films that are up to 30 years old.
L'Artistique (27, boulevard Dubouchage)
"Jean Mas, en ombre et au cube" - until January 4, 2025After the exhibition dedicated to Martine Doytier, l'Artistique is back with the return of the Ferrero Donation Collection and invites Jean Mas for a temporary exhibition: "Jean MAS, en Ombre et au Cube". In 1986, Jean Ferrero offered Jean Mas an exhibition entitled "Cubage de l'École de Nice", to "cube" different artists from the École de Nice. During the following year, Jean Mas created 19 wooden cubes measuring 20 x 20 x 20 cm, a kind of tribute portraits. This exhibition is a unique opportunity to discover these cubes, which have remained unpublished for almost 40 years and have been restored for the occasion thanks to the active participation of the artist. "Ombres", from a series of works created from 1990, complete the exhibition. In this work, Jean Mas, who sought to "come out of the shadows", gives depth to the shadow without ever venturing towards the silhouette or the Chinese shadow.As part of the European Heritage Days, a visit to the exhibition and a meeting with the artist will take place on Saturday, September 21 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Palais Lascaris
"Aquela Mar - Cette mer" by Maurice Maubert - From September 14 to November 3, 2024This month of September 2024 marks the beginning of a year focused on the sea. This is how Maurice Maubert's exhibition takes place to begin the year of the sea at the Palais Lascaris. Maurice Maubert is from Nice, a child of Old Nice, neighbor of the Palais Lascaris. The Mediterranean occupies a special place in his artistic approach. In this exhibition, the artist invites us to reconnect with our common heritage that is the sea. "Aquela Mar", the title given to the exhibition means "This Sea" in Niçois. This exhibition is divided into three parts: paintings and installations with a collection of works evoking the maritime universe, a visual and sound story with portraits, texts and paintings and a series of 12 captivating three-dimensional scenes.
Puces de Nice (Port of Nice)
"Odyssée" by Bastien Soleil - from September 20 to November 20 > Opening on Friday, September 20 at 6 p.m.Bastien Soleil is an artist greatly inspired by water. "Casino Disparu" rediscover the Casino Jetée Promenade
The City of Nice offers a virtual and immersive visit of the former Casino de la Jetée Promenade. This legendary building on the Nice seafront is representative of the Belle Epoque on the Côte d'Azur and its exuberant art of living. Dismantled in 1944 by German decision, it is possible to (re)discover it for nearly 10 minutes during a narrative journey that explains the genesis of the building, its architectural references, the source of inspiration it was for many artists and the wealth of artistic, cultural and leisure offerings that the casino housed.

The Fundació Joan Miró, in Barcelona, and the Musée Matisse in Nice are joining forces to organize an exhibition devoted to the relationship between the works of Henri Matisse and Joan Miró. "MiróMatisse. Beyond Images" reveals the deep, lasting and constructive links that the two artists maintained, as well as their conceptions of art. The exhibition aims to go "beyond images" by going beyond the clichés about Matisse, painter of the "joie de vivre", and Miró, inventor of monsters, while showing that they based their creation on a critique of the tradition of images in the West.

The Musée de la Photographie Charles Nègre is presenting for the first time in Nice an exhibition dedicated to Bettina Rheims, internationally renowned portraitist and fashion photographer, during an exhibition until September 29, 2024. 29 photographs, taken between 1994 and 2013 in France and the United States will be highlighted. In the early 1990s, the artist produced a series of fashion photographs for many international magazines and promotional images for the cinema and also produced many portraits of celebrities such as Charlotte Rampling, Catherine Deneuve, Madonna and Monica Bellucci.
