The 5th Women of Monaco Awards Ceremony shone brightly on March 12, 2026, as over 70 inspiring women convened at the elegant Yacht Club de Monaco for a midday luncheon celebrating female excellence, leadership, and community impact in the Principality.
Organized by Five Stars Events under the visionary direction of Sandrine Knoell, the event-supported by title partner Barclays Private Bank-raised an impressive €15,000 for the Fondation Princesse Grace, underscoring its commitment to philanthropy in honor of Princess Grace's legacy.
This edition held special significance as it coincided with the third anniversary of the Women of Monaco Club, founded by Sandrine Knoell in March 2023. The exclusive, invitation-only network fosters connections among women linked to Monaco through residence, work, education, philanthropy, or cultural passion. Emphasizing inclusion, the Club provides a welcoming, primarily English-speaking space for newcomers and long-time residents alike to learn, share, and grow together.
"I believe it is essential that women in Monaco feel part of a supportive community where they can learn, share, and grow together," said Sandrine Knoell. "For many women who are new to Monaco and may not yet speak French fluently, the Club offers an inclusive space to connect and participate."
The ceremony highlighted the Club's three core missions: recognizing exceptional women through the Women of Monaco Awards, building a vibrant international network via the Club, and contributing to the Princesse Grace Foundation.
In partnership with Luxury International Magazine, the Women of Monaco Awards 2026 honored standout achievements across eight diverse categories:
• Media: Francesca Agostinelli
• Philanthropy: Katerina Stassinopoulos
• Health: Anna Marmorale
• Art: Olga de Marzio
• Entrepreneur: Anna Hu
• Fashion: Isabel Fargnoli
• Sport: Susie Wolff
• Youth Talent: Louise Debeaumont
Each laureate was celebrated for her vision, determination, and lasting contributions to Monaco's dynamic landscape.
Adding intellectual and motivational depth, Aude Berrin from Barclays Private Bank delivered an inspiring speech titled "Women & Wealth: The Power of Purpose, Leadership, and Community." Barclays reaffirmed its dedication to gender empowerment, stating: "Barclays is proud of its long-standing partnership with the Women of Monaco Club and to support this annual celebration recognising the achievements of women across the Principality. Championing inclusion, opportunity and empowerment is integral to Barclays' values, and we remain committed to supporting women as they drive positive change in Monaco and beyond."
The event sparkled with luxury partnerships. Arije, the renowned high-end watch and jewelry maison with boutiques in Paris, Cannes, London, and Monaco's Place du Casino, presented a curated selection of exquisite, feminine pieces that captivated attendees. New partner Biancaneve Bridal Boutique showcased refined wardrobe essentials through a stylish presentation, brought to life in collaboration with Fashion Business Lab and CoolBay Monaco.
As the luncheon drew to a close amid applause and networking, the atmosphere radiated empowerment and solidarity. The 5th Women of Monaco Awards not only spotlighted remarkable individual accomplishments but also reinforced the strength of collective female influence in one of the world's most glamorous and forward-thinking communities.
