Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer supports the association "Organic Chef Global Spirit" and inaugurated the first 100% organic food festival

The association Bio Chief Global Spirit, headed by star chef Paolo Sari organizes the Taste Road in Monaco. Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mers supports this association, initiating a genuine sustainable project celebrating the organic gastronomy, ecology, health, youth and sport for charity.

From 12 to 16 October 2016, Monaco became the symbol of welfare, the environment and renewable energy in enthusiastically welcoming this initiative. For 4 days, the public is invited to the Port of Monaco to discover many surprises and festivities. Route of Taste promises to be the first Monegasque festival encouraging biological processes in favor of preserving the culinary heritage, local customs and cultures in the respect of nature and biodiversity.

The major institutions of the Principality, as the Société des Bains de Mer, play a unifying role in bringing all their support. On the program: numerous educational activities on renewable energy, backup practices of the planet as well as cooking demonstrations whose main thematic is healthy and organic food. On the other hand, lively cooking classes by chefs will be implemented. Bearer of strong messages, the festival will also address the younger with organizing tennis competitions at the Monte Carlo Country Club.

Finally, tradition and worldliness will mingle on 15 October during the day dedicated to "artisans of the sea." A parade consisting of 10 Riva boats will be followed by a presentation and cocktail dinners with three exceptional 100% organic food, orchestrated by Chef Paolo Sari, who will be accompanied by Chefs Relais & Châteaux and the Société des Bains de Mer, all of international renown. The proceeds of the dinner will be donated to the Global Organic Chef Spirit, which will complete the construction of a hotel school committed to sustainable development in Madagascar. In parallel, the Association will present a preview of some innovative projects, such as: solar cooking and Moses.Bio®. Through Moses.Bio® and Orto® projects, the association will ensure technical and financial support to develop environmentally friendly practices and organic farming in Madagascar.
