Save the Date - Macaron Day 2017

The Day of the Macaron was initiated 12 years ago by Pierre Hermé. Each year, all the pâtissiers of the association Relais Desserts join this initiative in their boutiques, in France and throughout the world.

Relais Desserts creates the event this year with the Day of Know-How: Thursday, March 16, from 10:00 to 17:00, a new gourmet rendezvous will be organized for the official launch of the twelfth edition of Macaron Day. This exceptional day will bring together, at the new Le Cordon Bleu campus in Paris, the greatest pastry chefs from all regions. The Macaron Day will then unfold on March 20, as every year, throughout France.

 The Day of Know-How in Paris:

The menu is structured around three themes to make everyone aware of the know-how and make the public aware of the macaroon, as well as the disease of the cystic fibrosis. This is the first time that an event will bring together as many chefs pastry who will reveal, intimately, the underwear manufacturing.

It is a warm, lively and participatory event. In the presence of Pierre Hermé and several of his renowned Relais Desserts colleagues, he will allow everyone to get closer to the know-how of Relais Desserts members, in the prestigious setting of the Institut du Cordon Bleu in Paris.

In total, more than 10 pastry chefs of Relais Desserts will be gathered for this unique day in the heart of the French capital.
