On the idyllic place from the designers' gardens in Portofino, under the moonlight effect and the sound of the waves lapping against the rocks, it burst out a splash of dreamy couture collection signed Dolce & Gabbana. The Alta Moda autumn/winter 2015 collection was presented to a large audience of clients and press coming all over the world, some flew from the Valentino show in Rome, others continued the fashion mood from the Paris Fashion Week.

Four years ago, Domenico Dolce and Gabbana launched their Alta Moda line on the Sicillian coast ... just "for the love of couture". They said in an interview that it did not matter the hours spent to make one dress or the cost of the fabrics, the fine work on tulle and delicate embroidery, for them all it mattered was ... "the love for couture". And everyone must agree to it. Even those indifferent to clothes become somehow mesmerized by the beauty of each dress, of each piece from the collection as an work of art.

For the Alta Moda AW15 collection there were presented 96 dresses and trouser suits that prove the level of profound work and dedication. If we look at the ballgowns only we see the insanely work behind each one with their large printed trains with thousands of silk daisies, the voluminous skirts and big prints that capture the eye, the multitude of layers and intrinsec detailing.

Some fell on an instant love that bought some pieces on the spot: like the cocktail roaster and trouser suits. Others were drooling over the coloured wool dresses in raspberry, damson or lemon ... or the opera coats.

Kylie Minogue performed for Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda Couture AW 15

The show was followed by music and the ambiance was entertained by Kylie Minogue, who performed in a gold Dolce & Gabbana dress.

The right recipee for a perfect couture night embellished in every sense and the romantism of an ambiance to dream and to explore!
