What makes relationships work rather than give and take
Relationships are like Ready-to-Wear. Boom you see him, then you want to "buy" him and "wear" him. It's pure fashion. Appeal and sex-appeal, give and take.
Have you ever considered "buying" a man just like clothes? It sounds really materialistic but let's put it in another way. What makes relationships work rather than give and take?! You "buy" him for granted as you believe in his charming aura, in his perfume, in his clothes. Of course, this is why you felt attracted by him at first place.
First impression: a man like a cloth: good material, strong fibers, great color. Definitely, you want to "buy" him. And, you wear him once, you wear him twice...it becomes more and more dull, colors seem to fade, fibers become worn out. Hm, where is the cloth you bought? Time for a new one or for a patching? It's up to you to decide!
So, have you ever thought of how you feel when wearing a great new cloth? You feel comfortable, you feel at ease and want to wear it as long as possible. Some become classics and an always a Ready-to-Wear option in your closet, others become fade and loose interest. Just like relationships.
What makes a good boy material, then? The looks, the inner color, the intrinsic value, all the classical principles that last or just an energy that was put in that cloth? It sounds complicated, but it isn't. It's pure fashion: some things are brilliant and these ones are meant to last, others are superficial and disappear in time. It's about the value and the quality of the cloth. And a brilliant mind can recognize it from the first glance.
Some clothes you hold them dear in your closet or in your memory, others are just a secondary option or a one time try. You just have to figure it out which one fits you perfectly.
