Raoul Bova in the Jury for Monte-Carlo Comedy Film Festival
This year, the President of the jury of the 18th edition of the Monte-Carlo Comedy Film Festival (May 31 - June 5), conceived and directed by Ezio Greggio, is an Italian and international talent: Raoul Bova (The window of face, "Alien vs Predator", Hello dad, No one can judge me, "Immaturi", Palermo Milan - one way). He received the "Nastro D'Argento Speciale" Prize for the short film "15 seconds".
The president of the jury will be accompanied by the French actress of Danish origin, Sara Forestier, winner of two Césars, one received for the best female promise for L'Esquive and the other for the best actress for Le Nom des people (L'Esquive, Gainsbourg - heroic life); the eclectic Giacomo Ferrara ("Suburra" the film, "Suburra" the series, "Il permesso - 48 ore fuori"); the irresistible Mario de la Rosa, international star after the success of the series "La Casa de Papel" ("Terminator - Dark Destiny", "The Secret", "Hellboy").
Mario Sesti, journalist, director and exceptional film critic (one of the managers of the Rome Film Fest), completes the jury.
Once again this year, the Monte-Carlo Comedy Festival will take place at the Grimaldi Forum in the Principality of Monaco, where everything is ready to welcome the public and many international talents, while ensuring that the event takes place in complete safety. This event is considered the most important and significant film festival dedicated to comedy. Over the years, it has enjoyed growing success with audiences and critics around the world, thanks to the commitment of Ezio Greggio and the late maestro Mario Monicelli (co-founder of the Festival).
The event, in collaboration with EFG Bank (Monaco) and Marlù Gioielli, has always taken place under the High Patronage of HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco and the Italian Embassy. Also this year, Radio Monte Carlo is the official radio of the Festival.
