Patrick Dempsey comes back at 24 Heures du Mans 2013

Four years after his first participation at 24 hours of Mans, Patrick Dempsey will be once again here in 2013. It is an information that the actor revealed on the eve of 12 hours of Sebring, first sleeve of the World championship of Endurance of FIA which will be tomorrow. « Our plan is to compete for 24 hours of Mans 2013. It is a magical test. When you are from this running, the dream really becomes reality. » It is great news that the American star made official his intention to get involved in Dempsey Racing, during the 81th edition of 24 hours of Mans, the year when the competition will celebrate its 90 years.

An announcement performed in Sebring (Florida, the United States) on the eve of the launching of the World championship of Endurance of FIA Western club, creator of 24 hours of Mans of which the Car in 1923, is promoter and organizer.

This season, Dempsey Racing, stable created in 2003, will perform its beginning in sports-archetype. It will hire two cars in American Le Mans Series - North American Championship reserved for the cars of type Mans and organized in partnership with ACO - is Oreca FLM09 of category LM PC (Archetype Tournament) and one Lola B12-80 Coupé, motorized by Judd, in category LM P2.
