Nothing can beat Old Hollywood style! Not to mention that from the classical movie "The Woman" back in 1939 where George Cukor put women on a pedestal. With an all-female cast, stars like Norma Shearer and Joan Crawford are the main characters. Black and white have a sort of introverted kind of feeling for the movie's style and make it even more powerful.
Old Hollywood Fashion for Jeremy Scott
But now, from black to white, Jeremy Scott turns to vivid colors for the Moschino Fall 2021 fashion collection. The source of inspiration for this collection is powerful and it stands for what the fashion house is known for: modern fun. Quite psychedelic for some, really extravagant for others!
The fashion show was called "Jungle Red" after the name of a nail polish color from the film's plot and brings an homage to this scene. Models like Miranda Kerr, Lily Aldridge, Hailey Bieber, Winnie Harlow are lining up the changing scenes. The host was Maye Musk who starts with a greeting in French and continues for the opening with "Lumiere! Musique!"
From city business to countryside style
The fashion show presents us women dressed in various styles from business to high countryside classics like the tailored potato sacks, cow-covered prints, or even cultural vibes at the art museum with painterly gowns. A variety of styles that could easily fringe the kitsch if we didn't know Jeremy Scott. Some may like it, others won't. After all, who would wear a cow printed countryside scenario all over the body?
