The contemporary New York artist Adam Handler, represented in France by the Cohle Gallery, is joining forces with the Japanese leather goods brand DUREN to present two new bag models.
These "bread bags", classic models in organic cotton from DUREN, with black edges, personalized by Adam Handler, will each be produced in 30 copies, numbered and signed, and available at a price of 650€.
For the design, the chosen drawings represent the new personal exhibition of the artist "Love Land" presented by the Cohle Gallery from May 18 to May 29 at the MR80 space, 80bis rue de Turenne 75003 Paris. This new series of works promises many imaginative tableaux, created in Adam's faux-naive style. She explores themes like relationships, emotions and empathy.
In this, the two models of bags created by Adam Handler and DUREN take up these themes with a first model representing a couple (dimensions: W330 H240 D65 mm) and a second with the staging of the emblematic characters of Adam (dimensions W230 H 320 D80mm).
