Monte-Carlo Gala for Planetary Health

Tonight, 23rd of Septemlber 2021, it takes place at the Princiary Palace, the Monte Carlo Gala for Planetary Health. This year it is an exclusive edition on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation and the 5th edition of the Monte-Carlo Gala.
A prestigious evening in support of the actions of the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation in favor of planetary health and of the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation working for the well-being and development of children. 

Organized by the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, the Monte-Carlo Gala for Planetary Health is dedicated to the Ocean, Earth and Humanity, highlighting this indisputable certainty: our future depends on healthy ecosystems.

These uncertain times have reminded us that health is our most basic human right. They also reminded us that the time has come to listen to our planet and to act individually and collectively.
To meet these crucial challenges, HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco brings together leading philanthropists, decision-makers, artists and talents, great intellectuals and scientists to join forces at this prestigious event and support the initiatives of the Foundation aimed at bridging the growing gap between health and the environment.

Organized by the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation and Milutin Gatsby, Global Fundraising Chairman, the previous editions of the Monte-Carlo Gala have been a resounding success by bringing together philanthropists, decision-makers, artists, great intellectuals and scientific personalities.

Awards

The last four editions of the Monte-Carlo Gala have honored Leonardo DiCaprio (2017), Orlando Bloom (2018), Robert Redford (2019), and Sting (2020) in recognition of their exceptional work and commitment to preserving the 'environment.
A prestigious auctionThe Monte-Carlo Gala auction, under the hammer of famous auctioneer Simon de Pury, is always a highlight of the evening, offering amateurs unique experiences, priceless works of art and fine jewelry. 

This year, Sharon Stone will be awarded with the prize Lifetime Achievement.
