This is the end of the season for Monte-Carlo Beach. After closing the Club Sunday, October 20th, the Hotel will close Sunday, October 26 for four months. The 2014 season was once again marked by a great influx of local and international clients, attending one of the most beautiful places on the Riviera! The professionalism of the staff and knowledge of customer expectations allow this research of service excellency. This late in the season also notes the retirement of two key figures in place, Arnaud Leyder, Cashier Principal Club and Vincent Borgia, 1 Waiter in charge of the restoration.
"I sincerely thank them for the quality of their work and for their dedication over the years. Like Monte Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, and Arnaud Vincent has always been driven by the desire to ensure a quality of high-end service, helped by their passion for customer service. There were many who said goodbye with great emotion, remembering memories that marked the years, "says Jean-Luc Biamonti, Chairman and CEO.
"For 31 years I developed real friendships with clients who have the pleasure to come back every year. We know sometimes 3 or 4 generations of the same family. Indeed, the Beach is primarily a family place, where security and usability are the key words. The Monte-Carlo Beach offers a unique setting on the French Riviera, where we find a single place a 5 star hotel, a gourmet restaurant, but also different types of restaurants, a spa, a private beach, two pools, a kids club and a water sports club, "says Arnaud Leyder emphatically.
"I started working for the Société des Bains de Mer in 1971 as a clerk at the Monte-Carlo Beach. I then joined the Flying Squad and the Hotel de Paris and the Café de Paris before returning 30 years later to the Beach in 2001 The Société des Bains de Mer is a big family. I found the Beach many customers of other institutions which allowed me to create a real close relationship with clients and offer them the best service, "says Vincent Borgia.
"Vincent and Arnaud are both respected and valued employees with nearly 14 and 30-year career at the Beach. They have contributed to the success and reputation of the Resort through close ties they have with customers. We are a great team and we like to surprise our guests with each reopening with new we're working on for the 2015 season, "said Danièle Garcelon, Executive Director of the Monte-Carlo Beach.
See you Friday, March 6th, 2015 for the reopening of the Hotel and Saturday, April 18 for the opening of the Club.
