On November 1st, Montblanc celebrated the Princess Grace Awards at the gala premiere of theMontblanc Collection Princesse Grace de Monaco in the presence of T.S.H. The Prince and Princess of Monaco at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City. The Awards ceremony included the presentation of 21 awards to emerging artists in theater, dance and film, as well as the Prince Rainier III Award, presented to Dame Julie Andrews by Anne Hathaway. Other notables in attendance included: Olivia Palermo (Fashion Icon), Olivia Munn (Actress), Petra Nemcova (Model), Selita Ebanks (Model), Natalie Cole (Grammy Winning Singer), David and Phillipe Blond (Designers), Julie Kent (Principal Dancer American Ballet Theater), Shenyang (Baritone Opera Singer and Montblanc Cultural Ambassador), Martha and Rufus Wainwright (Singers), Lynn Wyatt (Socialite and Philanthropist). New York's most fashionable dazzled at the gala. H.S.H. Princess Charlene stunned on the red carpet in Montblanc Seven Stars Diamond earrings and Anne Hathaway looked gorgeous in Montblanc Riviera earrings, and diamond rings, perfectly complementing her Valentino dress and Christian Louboutin stilettos.Selita Ebanks wore the impressive Montblanc Riviera necklace to match her Marchesa gown. The Gala began with cocktails, followed by a spectacular opening act; then a 3-course dinner catered by Cipriani 42nd Street; followed by the Awards presentations and finally, dancing to DJ Clockwork in the Chapel Room. Rufus Wainwright performed two Julie Andrews classics and sang "I Could Have Danced All Night" as a tribute to Julie Andrews. Montblanc Brand Ambassador and international rising opera starShenyang wowed the crowd with a brilliant performance. Anne Hathaway gave a movie speech in honor of her idol and mentor Julie Andrews. Andrews got a standing ovation from the VIP crowd as she came onto stage to receive her award from HSH Prince Albert.
