The 23rd edition of Monaco Yachts Show is, definitely, the place to be for the latest trends in luxury, high fashion, gadgets and beautiful yacht designs. It reveals itself under the busy ambiance with owners, clients and media interested in seeing, buying and networking. The Monaco Yachts Show puts its agenda to business in an impeccable manner.
This year is the first edition to organize a seminar regarding the superyachts market and its innovations. Related to the design, this year Baccarat associated its name with the Prix du Design and awarded Alizee Sail with the Monaco Yacht Show trophy for the design.
What captured our attention among so many fantastic superyachts were Lady M for the amazing design and North Sails. For the latter, they have been recognized for a fantastic success in the race fields, the products ranging from Super Yachts to recreational cruising to Grand Prix sailing.
Oceanco, with offices in The Netherlands and Monaco, builds 80 - 120 superyachts. This year at Monaco Yacht Show, Oceanco comes with several large yachts among which the 105m/344.5ft. Tim Heywood designed Dana and the 110m/361ft Nuvolari & Lenard designed Rialto.
Let's not forget the big artillery through the New Jet International, the exclusive sales representative for Bombardier Business Aircraft's Learjet, Challenger and Global products in many countries from Europe.
Beauty and relaxation merge perfectly with the luxury yachts market. We could see at the exposition haute gamme watches and beauty treatments like the Ritual yacht toiletries. The Only Watch lead the way, on the final day of the exposition, with one of the world's first charity auction with 33 one-off timepieces made by Swiss watchmakers. The proceeds were donated to Monegasque Association against Muscular Dystrophies.
Monaco Yachts Show is an exposition dedicated to the latest trends in yachting and leisure market, a great exploration within a world of innovation, luxury and design.
