Minotti consolidates its presence in the South of France and celebrates the opening of its first flagship store in Cannes
in collaboration with DESIGNSET led by the Stanionis family, bringing its sophisticated design and refined craftsmanship
to the prime French Riviera.
The new Minotti Cannes flagship store is nestled within the Gray d'Albion building, just steps from the iconic Boulevard
de la Croisette and directly facing Rue des Serbes. Ideally positioned across from the prestigious Majestic Hotel, the
location offers a perfect blend of visibility, elegance, and proximity to the city's most emblematic landmarks, including
the Palais des Festivals.
Ideal backdrop for Minotti's refined Italian aesthetic and design excellence, Minotti Cannes aims to offer its guests an
immersive experience capable of blending the brand's expertise and sophisticated living with the warmth of the splen-
did Mediterranean scenery of Cannes, a melting pot of different nationalities and tastes.
Spanning a surface area of 360 sqm. and joint effort by DESIGNSET interior architect design studio and Minotti Studio,
the new flagship store is characterized by a showroom space on two levels, animated by elegant settings and a meticu-
lous layering of precious materials and eclectic decoration, conveying both balance and stylistic depth.
Once inside, visitors are welcomed into an inviting and bright atmosphere, enhanced by a warm feel recalling the local
surroundings, where the soft natural light filters through two wide floor-to-ceiling windows, revealing a rhythmic shift
of living, dining and night solutions, carefully chosen to reflect the timeless lifestyle of the brand.
The ground floor explores the boundaries of a contemporary home, where grey concrete floors, soft tones wood staves
in frozen Walnut and silver wild Travertine alternate with mirrors on the ceiling and on the walls to create a stylish,
vibrant mood. Key-pieces from the most recent Collections play with the volumes and the organic shapes of some pro-
tagonists of the 2025 Collection, such as the Vivienne family of seats by GamFratesi and the Libra armchairs by Giam-
piero Tagliaferri, creating a harmonious blend of shapes, textures and inspirations, perfectly interpreting the brand's
know-how and the tranquility of the Mediterranean. Close to the entrance, there is a large fireplace, a symbolic feature
constantly present in all the Minotti retail spaces worldwide, interpreted here with a linear shape, totally covered with
an elegant silver wild Travertine stone.
Downstairs, the basement is characterised by a warmer, welcoming atmosphere with soft lights, recreating a real
homely vibe with some lounge and night areas, which also features an outdoor environment with the Bézier Cord Out-
door seating system by Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27 from the new 2025 Collection.
