côte d'azur | …news & info

22 November 2012

On the third edition of Monaco International Clubbing Show between 7 and 9 November, a great ambience was created. Gathering around a group of professionals from the sound, clubbing and events area.

The event began under the Skyfall theme with skydivers "falling"from the sky. The international parachuting champions Sebastien Carbillet and Max Dupont landed with style at the MICS inauguration as James Bond would do on such event.

The event greeted more than 9800 visitors representing 35 nationalities especially from the Eastern Europe showing a strong connection with this night events area and being very well placed with all the latest trends in the field. The festival awarded the best innovation, focused on the most emerged brands within the musical and designing area, the best exhibitors from the MICS.

The palmares of the 2012 MICS Awards is :

-        BEST NEW BRAND 2012 : X.B Sex on the Beach

-        BEST NIGHTCLUB GLOBAL 2012 : Top Hill, Montenegro - Marko Kreckovic

-        BEST SUPPORT 2012 : Monster Energy Drink

-        BEST STAND 2012 : Grey Goose

There were three hot days and nights where Monaco could vibrate to the latest sounds . It was the BMX  Monster show,  the Fashion TV Clubbing Awards and Flair Bacardi demonstration while for the nights, they were heated by the vibes of NRJ DJ Awards and concerts like those of Bob Sinclar, Pharrell Williams and Hardwell.

Monaco, definitely, got the vibe during the festival and with every edition, the MICS seems to be more and more successful.
