Oh well, the summer warmth, the sun and hot air got us a bit off the track? We love the summer feeling but the warmth, also, melts our fresh look. We have to revigorate it. So, here are some tips to make yourself.

All body exfoliation under the shower:

First make a cold exfoliating shower and warm yourself with a soft cotton towel. linger a bit until you prepare for a little toes rose petals bath. In is you pour some drops of almond and nut oil.

Second, you move forward to your upper side of your body and lotion your legs with a goat milk lotion that will make your skin smoother than ever.

The area around the belly is a special one and it needs a proper care. Therefore, you need a fresh lemon lotion with which you will scrub your abdomen gently. It is an area where fats come and want to rest for a lifetime, so you better be careful how you put to work that area of your body. It needs tonifiers every day and the best of it is physical exercise followed by a hydrating lotion. Also, your brests need day by day massage in order to stay ferm.

We arrive at our visit card - - our face. Our face is most exposed to external factors that is why is the first to show out age. So, let’s take more than a minute to consider our day by day routine care treatment. Firts of all, your face needs to breath. If it is polluted by dust, perspiration, black points, our face skin can’t breath and looks really dull.

It is time for war! Make yourself at home a refreshing lotion: 10 lemon drops, 5 argan oil, mixed melon, 20 drops of milk. after you gentle exfoliate your complexion, you put the refreshing lotion and let it for 15 minutes. After this, you massage your face with peach and let it another 10 minutes; go rinse with goat milk and stay this way for another 10 minutes. In the meantime, you can eat some fruits and you will embleish your mental, too.

To be fresh and feel this way you need to have your menatl clear and joyful. Listen to some music, go tavel and don’t let a day pass you by without wandering, travelling, reading.
