The restaurant offers a kitchen fraicheur and creativity, with natural products. Products principally come from reasoned agriculture and from the countryside.

The Leader combines tradition and originality, by playing with textures and feelings: frozen Carthagène meets foie gras home; Craspeù mixes tapenade and brandade Saint Christol; the thousand leaf in raspberries, crusty and irresistible, becomes softer in the contact of the mascarpone foam in the lime. Mediterranean accents mingle with products Ardéchois and Cévenols.

The Square of Tastes, cultivates itself its garden of aromatic plants with the scents of Provence.
