The Big Reggae Festival takes place on July 2 at 7 p.m. at Pinède Gould. It is a festival recognized and appreciated by cultural artists, mainly reggae, who enjoy performing there. An event which, traditionally since its creation in 1998, marks the beginnings of "Jazz à Juan" which remains one of the largest jazz festivals in Europe and one of the oldest. An anticipated festival anchored in the territory. A festival which attracts a loyal and diverse audience, multi-generational with a strong family tendency, covering an area of attractiveness which goes from the Var to the West of Liguria, having a growing appeal for the first tourists of July and displaying a volume very constant overall.

The Big Reggae Festival unveils the latest artist who now completes the 2024 program, with a major international star, a figure of the current reggae scene, the aptly named Ky-Mani Marley! Meet on Tuesday July 2, 2024 from 7 p.m. for THE Riviera reggae evening not to be missed, in an exceptional place facing the sea at the Pinède Gould in Antibes Juan-les-Pins, 4 essential artists: the headliner Naâman, the committed artist Taïro, the multifaceted musician Lidiop and the adventurous traveler, son of the famous Bob Marley, Ky-Mani Marley.

KY-MANI MARLEY

Ky-Mani Marley is a multi-talented artist, singer, musician, actor, writer, and film producer, he is currently in the works for "Necessary Badness" and also his next album.

Icon of reggae, he is no less in love with hip-hop and since his beginnings has offered a real fusion between these two styles. Very influenced by the American culture in which he grew up, Ky-Mani remains faithful to his Jamaican culture and has spread it to the four corners of the globe for several decades! His set transcends eras with anthems from his father, hits from his early days and today, current singles, and genres ranging from hip-hop, to R&B, to dance hall. It thus lives up to its name which means "The Adventurous Traveler" in Ethiopian.
