Saturday, November 24, 2018, Maison LAC will unveil its brand new Christmas collection at an event bringing together some privileged customers.
Each year, Pascal Lac and his team share their know-how and their overflowing imagination to offer an end of the year a little more gourmet through an original collection. The big classics like the CRAQUELIN, DESIR, BROWN and PEARL logs, will be added tothe novelties that will once again surprise the people of Nice.
L'ATOUT CHOC, one of the 2018 creations is already announced as the Christmas "bestseller" with its tasty blend of crunchy chocolate biscuit, geneva bread, dark chocolate mousse 70% and creamy gianduja. Two crowns will complete this collection, one will be a dessert consisting of a crunchy praline biscuit, stewed apricot and creamy hazelnut praline.
The other, a sculpture made of chocolate such as the begging tree, flagship creation of Maison LAC.
It will be made of dark chocolate 66% Caribbean origin and decorated with confectionery: shortbread hazelnut coated, truffles gianduja with hazelnut chips, beggars, rocks, almond pearls, rondelles candied oranges, almond paste.
The logs will be offered in one size (6 people) for 36 €. The begging tree exists in 2 different sizes, at 35 € and 60 €. The chocolate crown is available for 65 €.
The Christmas collection of Maison LAC will be presented Saturday, November 24, 2018 during a Private invitation event to be held at the legendary Hotel Negresco in Nice.
At the same time, participants will be able to attend the winners of the Macaron Amateur Contest.
