Nicolas Ghesquière won last year the British Fashion Award for the best advertising campaign with Series 1. Now, he wants to continue the adventure and made the second part of it with Series 2.
In this part, the Louis Vuitton creative designer gathered around the concept great photographers like Annie Leibovitz, Bruce Weber and Juergen Teller and Hollywood names like Jennifer Connely. All these creative people put together the spring campaign in various places. Annie Leibovitz chose Danish model Freja Baha to the top of the unfinished skyscrapers in Manhattan, Bruce Weber chose Miami on a black and white film with Jennifer Connely. Juergen Teller brought the Parisian vibe along with the models Jean Campbell, Rianne Van Rompaey, Daphne Simons and Marte Mei van Haaster.
The idea of the project is to outline the fact that fashion is flexible and that there is something for every woman showing "many facets of women" as Nicolas Ghesquière puts it.
