Jared Leto`s recipe for success at Cannes Lions

I have discovered Jared Leto, he has been revealed to me! I know, some of you may think it is a little late, but, hey, there is never too late for exciting encounters!

I heard about 30 seconds to Mars, who hasn`t?! But, honestly saying, I hadn`t paid too much attention to it! Now, with the Cannes Lions I have discovered the man, the artist, the entertainer Jared Leto! What a brilliant artist, what a dazzling mind and sense of humor!

Since he came on the stage he stirred everything up from jumping on the table to taking selfies with the girls in the audience. Crazy and fun! Who can blame him! With those blue eyes and rocker style, every girl has a crush on him. I can say with the hand on the heart that Jared Leto is one of the smartest rockers I have ever met.

From content editor, director, musician, singer, actor and Oscar winner, Jared Leto prouds himself to be a multi talented artist and seems like he`s got it all. From where? Failure, he says, because from  failure you learn the most. He`s got charisma, intelligence, creative skills and he`s a rocker! What do you want more?! Moreover, he knows how to be successful by managing his time, through passion and persistance and `no sleep.` He always tries to find solutions for himself, to be entrepreneurial and creative. 

Definitely, we need more artists like Jared Leto! You rock!
