In style trends
Benetton often surpised us with provocative campaigns. The last one, Lana Sutra, created by Erik Ravelo, a Cuban artist for Fabrica, combines the art of creating with wool and human emotions. It is a sort of making love through the art, creating as a self expression of human feelings and states of mind. It defines the main essential concept of Benetton – uniting all people in humanity no matter rases and colors.
Erik Ravelo came with the idea of combining sensuality and desire creating 15 wool statues put in different Kama Sutra positions. These works of art can be seen in different boutiques from Milan, Munich and Istanbul.
All these can be seen, also, in the AW 11 collection of United Colors of Benetton.
