History of fashion

History of fashion in the XXth century across big events of the time (wars, industrial and technological progress, social confusion, etc.) that influenced styles and dress behaviours. More than 400 photographies represent the emblematic models, those who were completely forgotten, those who made scandal or those who made history of fashion. 

Cally Blackman

Fashion designer and art historian, Cally Blackman is licences at Courtauld Institute of Art of London. She teaches at many schools such as the Holy Exchange Martin' s Secondary school of Art and Design. She has already published at Laurence's King's, 100 years of Menswears, 100 years of fashion Illustration, Costume: From 1500 to the present day and The 20s and 30s: Flappers and Flirts.
