It's colorful, decorative, it's vibrant and geek chic. A mix of vintage and granny attic style with a modern energy that shows the new creative hand of Alessandro Michele to be really at work.

Alessandro Michele thought the collection as "a modern translation of decorative. It's one of my obsessions," he said. "I tried to put together some beautiful kind of dressing in an eccentric way." 

And it is a sort of eccentric in a strong mix of printed motifs like florals and geometry shapes. The geek part with the nerd glasses, pom-pom hats, collars create the diversity to a vintage modern collection. 

We can see suits, skirtdresses, embroidered gowns, a brief passage through styles and energies. Definitely, one word for it: colorfully daring!
