When it comes to taking an old piece of art and turning into another succesful modern piece of work, Gucci seems to be the real fan. For this year festival of Cannes, Gucci teams up with Martin Scorsese for the revival of the famous movie "Once upon a time in America".
The new movie version directed by Sergio Leone will release on 18 May at Cannes Film Festival with a 20 minute additional footage provided by the family of the director.
Gucci creative director, Frida Giannini will host a dinner gala at Hotel du Cap Eden Roc in Cap d'Antibes, followed by a party in the honour of the movie.
