Ginori 1735 is happy to announce its partnership with CNMI forthe CNMI Sustainable Fashion Awards which will be held on 24th September in Milan, at the conclusion of fashion week.Ginori 1735, which represents Italian excellence in the luxury and lifestyle world and is known throughout the world as one of the greatest exponents of the art of porcelain, will embellish the tables at the gala dinner for the CNMI Sustainable Fashion Awards with the black and scarlet settings of the Catene (Chains) and Labirinto (Labyrinth) services. A clever blend of craftsmanship and Italian sense of beauty, Catene and Labirinto were designed by Gio Ponti, who was artistic director at the company from 1923 and 1933.
They combine lines and geometrical shapes, alternating intersections and spaces and giving the collections a truly contemporary feel. The partnership between Ginori 1735 and CNMI was a spontaneous decision driven by the strong sense of sustainability that is a fundamental part of Ginori 1735's identity. The companyis working to significantly reduce energy consumption in the production process, to recyclewaste porcelain and to strongly limit the amount of heavy metals in decorations that may comeinto contact with food.
"We are proud to be at the side of CNMI on the occasion of The Sustainable Fashion Awards 2023 in order to promote the values of social, environmental, and economic responsibility while enhancing the greatest Italian savoir-faire in craft and art."Alain Prost, Chairman and CEO of Ginori 1735
