GIANNI MORANDI in concert at Sporting Monte-Carlo

Gianni Morandi, one of the most popular and gifted Italian singer will be in concert in the mythical Room of the Stars of Sporting Monte-Carlo, Saturday, December 8th, 2012.

Film and TV actor since the beginning of the sixties, Gianni Morandi "singer" confided in Italy in 1965 on the occasion of the festival Canzonissima, programme televised by varieties very popular on the other side of the Alps. This year, he wins competition with title "not his degno di to you". Singer in loud and hot voice, as Italy can produce it, he will win this competition two new times in 1968, with "Scende the pioggia" and in 1969, with "My chi mattered", while accomplishing simultaneously his actor's career.

He will meet during these years, other one celebrates transalpine singer, Umberto Tozzi, with whom he will collaborate again and again. Title "If puo dare di più" introduced on the occasion of the festival of San Remo in 1987, in trio with this last and Enrico Ruggieri, will be besides a triumph. Still not much known in France, the Italians always put Gianni Morandi at the same rank of popularity with his partner Umberto Tozzi, Mined, Zucchero or else Al Bano...
