Vivienne Westwood is a window to inspiration. The Red Label Collection presented during the London Fashion Week is made in her manner but this time a little bit more grounded, without breaking any rules.
More, she even subsided to some of them like the use of the Victorian style, the fur, the retro motifs and the 80s energies.
The Red Label collection is a "posh, privileged, looked-after, very English woman," as the English designer said.
The show began with the oversized tweed coat and continued with suits, fur (fur shorts, to notice), boxy handbag, hats. It is very English and very 80s. But we already know the large and oversized of that period is a come-back. So, Vivienne Westwood is just reitterating in her style that period putting a glam touch to the entire collection.
