One of the most seen trends of the runways is the focus to more lifestyle collections. We see creativity working its way but also most designers start to feel that a bigger move is on the way among the high mass people living their lifestyles. And also with the intention to sell in the stores.

For the Saint Laurent brand, Hedi Slimane did the same but in a brilliant way. We do not have the exquisite touch here, but the lifestyle grunge effect. It s definitely Hedi Slimane and this is how he habituated with in the last collections.

So the chic rock girl in black - black T-shirt, black jacket, black mini leather skirt. It s a punk feeling we get. And we like it, it is very in trend right now. We can see some little tiny splashes of color like the pink dress, the red dress but rarely. We can see a lot of transparency and also the Saint Laurent tailoring. 

Hedi Slimane is a controversional voice in the world of fashion but it sells a lot and is very apreciated among artists. So, we have to give more credit to the popular voice - his style is very much liked.
