Palais de Festival Cannes was again the host of wonderful fashion shows. This time, fir its 10th anniversary, the energy came from three boutiques: Save the Queen, Wolford and Eve. The three boutiques invited us to a fashion travel along the beautiful clothes.
A fantastic show concept came from Save the Queen taking the viewers to a journey to luxuriant Asia, a fantastic exploration to a land that inspires so much. So, the muse for the Spring Summer collection 2013 came just right from this journey: from silk dresses to shantung pants, from a mix of materials as embroidery and prints, military camouflage to bright colours of the summer as yellow, coral, turquoise. A passing of time and seasons through a complex and graceful collection. An inspiration from goddess lands, from mermaids grace, a walk to Ulysse's history onto an old manuscript that lets us catch a glimpse of a state of spirit through ambiance, decoration, clothes. And all these were created in a fantastic celebration of the nature.
From Wolford, a youthful energy and sexy attitude created the ambiance. Lingerie dresses and casual outfits full of colour in a retro style that sends us to freedom and American dream. We can all be fit and joyful and Wolford expresses perfectly this attitude. Last but not the least was Eve boutique fashion show that conquered me through its finesse and sensuality. Great materials and patterns that creates uniqueness certifies the boutique's choice for it. Both last boutiques presented lingerie and swimwear from brands like La Perla, Paladini, ID Sarrieri, Versace, Blumarine.
