Alberta Ferretti Spring 2014 Fashion Show

It seems that the Italian style conquered many of the catwalks from US to Milan. Starting from Dolce & Gabbana style of Sicillian look, passing to the sweet style of Burberry, Alberta Ferreti pushes away this influence mixing it with South American accents.

The Spring 2014 Alberta Ferretti fashion collection is a burst of feminity - the soft white transparencies, the younger looks, the fresh energies and high strong colors (orange, grass green, fuchsia) - all create a trend to follow. The craftsy embroideries with folkloric motifs, floral bounties and summer lights, all seem to create a collection that inspires the real woman to dream and conquer the world. It is a collection for the confident romantic woman who knows perfectly her strength.

"I wanted the woman to have a lot of energy," she said,cited by WWD to have a "colorful innocence" and be "very positive." It is a great message and the entire collection conveys it perfectly well.  

Alberta Ferretti came, as usual, with goddesslike dresses for the evening in vivid colours like orange or grass green with a sort of fluidity that reminds us of nature's beauties.
