Food Influencers Awards is the great event, unique in the region and in the world, which brings together passionate people from the gastronomic world, a Stylezza brand concept. On April 9, at Domaine de Barbossi, Riviera Golf, there will be the award ceremony for the TBest Food Influencer.
During a cocktail reception open to the public, but by invitation, Food Influencers Awards will unveil its first edition to highlight and energize the culinary influence part according to a Jury worthy of the Gastronomic Oscars.
A Jury worthy of the Gastronomic Oscars
The members of the Jury are personalities from the region such as Martine Ackermann, President of Child Care Monaco, a heart of gold who comes from a family of Escoffier Chefs and Disciples, Soraya Bahsoun, Cote d'Azur Ambassador, Louis Lagrange, Restaurant Chef The Taste Brigade at La Turbie, Stéphane Oprea, the President of the Escoffier Institute in Romania, Mario d'Orio, Head Chef, Disciple Escoffier, Toc Blanche, Michel Lefevre, Artisan Chef Patissier, Disciple Escoffier, Cordon d'Or, Academie Culinaire, Jean-François Berard, Top Chef Etoile who will do the Culinary Show live.
Cooking Live Show by Michelin Star Chef, Jean-Francois Berard
Jean-François Berard will cook on site, live, in his very friendly and interactive way. The Starred Top Chef will offer influencers, during the practical test of the ceremony, to taste his dishes and guess his ingredients. The jury will attend and judge the performances of the influencers who have 5 minutes each to make their presentations.
Influencers will have to guess the ingredients and make a presentation worthy of a culinary influencer (oral and photographic presentation). The points that the Jury takes into account are: creativity, precision, layout (the short presentation and the visual).
Bringing more value to the influence area
"It is very important to have a good level of culinary presentation by influencers. This region deserves it and it gives the motivation to go further. Taking into account the value of Jury members, influencers must come with a certain level which helps a lot to increase the value, in the region. We should be well supported by the actors of the region to highlight this part of influence which counts a lot for the Cote d'Azur brand. And our job is to link this region to the world, hence its international name.
