Duo dinners of starred chefs to be enjoyed without moderation from May 29, 2021
 
A year placed under the sign of gastronomy for Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, which will launch its first "Monte-Carlo Star Festival" in May. In parallel with the arrival of Chef Yannick Alléno at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, the novelty expected in Elsa's kitchens at Monte-Carlo Beach, the return of Andrea Berton to the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo this summer, it is a festival of dinners in duo of starred chefs that the Group with the 7 stars is announcing for the months to come. Kick-off on May 29 at the Blue Bay, Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort with Chef Marcel Ravin and Chef Michel Sarran. Other exceptional duos will follow in the various Michelin-starred restaurants of the Group, to end in apotheosis in November, with the closing dinner which will bring together all of the Resort's starred chefs at the Casino de Monte-Carlo. More than a festival, a true celebration of gastronomy orchestrated by those who make it shine, talented chefs who we have missed so much.

With 30 restaurants and bars and over 150 years of experience in the art of living and gastronomy, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, the most starred Resort in Europe with 7 Michelin stars is launching its first edition of the "Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo
Every month, from May to November (except July & August) a duo dinner will be offered in one of the Michelin-starred restaurants of the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer Group - Le Blue Bay at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, Le Grill at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, Le Louis XV-Alain Ducasse at the Hôtel de Paris, or Elsa at the Monte-Carlo Beach.
Our "house" Chefs have chosen a distinguished guest to form a multi-star duo and deliver an exceptional 4-handed dinner. A great moment of gastronomy, the meeting between two talents, two visions of the kitchen, two personalities too. It is with great pleasure that Michel Sarran, Riccardo Camanini, Mauro Colagreco, Michel Guérard responded to the friendly invitation of Marcel Ravin, Franck Cerutti, Dominique Lory.
This first festival was punctuated in November by a big evening in the prestigious Salle Médecin of the Casino de Monte-Carlo. The Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer Chefs will organize a dinner on this occasion, consisting of their Signature dishes. A trip to the starry galaxy of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer.
