Fendi Pre-Fall 2016 Fashion Collection

Karl Lagerfeld went into the boudoir plush for this new Pre Fall 2016 collection for Fendi. It is a bit of extravagance, a bit of softness and feminity and opulence. The kind of style that makes you go out and splash around puffs of glamour .. or pieces of plush fur.

The ultraluxe lineup is a calling to the modern decadence: be more, consume more in a fashionable manner. Fur worn with socks, velvet pyjama like tuxedo, leather slippers, wool jacquard robe coat, intarsia coat with many graphic elements and astrakhan labels. All comes in oversize creating that masculine side to it and a vintage feel. Just like that old grandma style where fur was associated with a jacquard dress filled with embroideries and organza. That awkard still present old feeling!
