Japan Fashion Week comes in inovation. What we do not see on the Western catwalks, we soo on the Japan fashion shows. Under more austere ambiance, here comes inspiration from another point of view.
For Hiromichi Ochiai, fashion is expressing an interior feeling. With his experience for a textile company, he learnt to combine feelings with fabrics. And this Ready-to-Wear collection for Fall 2014 is a prove that art can be expressed through fabrics. We see asymetric lines, contrasting textures, mixes of solid and striped fabrics put together in pieces like deconstructed pleated skirts, pieces with ruffles, zippers.
The colors of the collection range from grays and blacks to attiring yellow and deep blue. It is, per all, a collection that is part of the new trend of mixing fabrics, textures, lines in a structural asymetrical manner.
