Fabergé, the international jeweller y house creating High Jeweller y, fine jeweller y and precious objects inspired by the genius of Peter Carl Fabergé, launches its first adver tising campaign, shot by Mario Testino, and showcasing, in signature dramatic style, jewels from Fabergé's striking contemporar y High Jeweller y collections, Les Fabuleuses de Fabergé and Les Saisons Russes, and the new and iconic egg pendant collections, Les Fameux de Fabergé and Les Favorites de Fabergé. The campaign was led by Fabergé's Managing and Creative Director, Katharina Flohr, who collaborated with Mario Testino, Carine Roitfeld, and producer Camilla Johnson-Hill. This dynamic team had worked together once before, in 1998, for the launch of Russian Vogue. The team selected Bee Gee, the Russian-Lithuanian rising star and model sensation, to embody Faber- gé today, fusing Russian and Western cultures, past and present. This pioneering campaign, the first ever associated with the name, marks a new era of contemporar y creativity for Fabergé. The campaign captures the intense and emotive glamour and stor ytelling that characterises all contemporar y Fabergé creations, and launches in the December issues of the major glossy titles in the UK, France, Germany, Switzerland and the US.
The campaign features highlights of Fabergé's latest High Jeweller y collection launched at Paris Couture week in July 2011, entitled Les Saisons Russes, which include: The Delices d'Ete Necklace
