Winning Gown Design Will Be Revealed on E!'s "Countdown to the Red Carpet Academy Awards" Special and Will Be Produced for the Next Line of Adrianna Papell for E! Live from the Red Carpet Dresses.

E! Entertainment and Adrianna Papell are giving fashion fans the opportunity to make their designer dreams come true by launching the Adrianna Papell for E! Live from the Red Carpet Design Contest.

During the entry period, from October 10 to November 6, design enthusiasts can submit their original red carpet-ready designs digitally at www.Eonline.com/design, following the stated guidelines. Then starting the week of November 14, fans will vote on their favorite dresses, narrowing the field to the top 25. Following the first round of voting, E! and Adrianna Papell will narrow the top 25 dresses down to the top five. Adrianna Papell will create samples of those top five gowns, which will be featured at E! Online, and the next fan vote will ultimately decide the winning design.
