Denis Durand collection at Cannes Shopping Festival was, definitely, an inspiring show where glamour and elegance were the main two signs of fashion art.
Denis Durand's show vision drew its inspiration from the great icons from film industry like Marlene Dietrich, Marylin Monroe. The entire collection was a burst of elegancy with all the glam evening dresses, pastel and even neon dress along with, of course, the two beautiful wedding dresses all covered by the finesse of the 60s glamour.
The entire show, with depicts from classical movies to tango dance with Ka & Jeff and piano singing with Claude Tedesco, was a creation of Patrice Guitard, Chantal Hattenberger. It was all like puzzle pieces of time put on a stage for the public delight and a reminescence of the only big feminine virtue: elegancy. The dresses were made of Calais lace, crystals, silk, made in classical colors of black and white but also daring colors as orange, pink, neon, ecclectic blue.
The hairstyle was imposant with big volumes made by Pascal Hodost.
