After returning the Villefranche Citadel Sea with its Cocobeach Party, the Peace Garden of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat with its Vinyl Party and August 2 last Courtine Saint Paul de Vence, Crossover Summer reinvested for the 3rd time, the sublime Jardin de l'Olivaie at Beaulieu sur Mer (which successfully hosted the 16th edition of Nuits Guitare at the end of July!) For its Electro-World Garden Party. Crossover will vibrate this time to the rhythms of Brazilian and African house music for a most festive evening. The legendary American DJ Osúnlade, obsessed with deep-house and Yoruba culture and known for his legendary DJ sets and remixes will be the headliner of this evening, preceded by sets of Noisies impregnated with Brazilian and African music Malcolm, Craig Ouar and Rosco & Julia.
THE LINEUP: OSUNLADE: is an American artist who personifies art. Coming from St. Louis Missouri, the Mecca of blues and jazz, he discovered at the age of 12 years a talent for creating and producing music. Known for his legendary DJ sets and remixes, he is also the founder of the Yoruba Records label, recognized as one of the most important dance music labels in the world.
CRAIG OUAR: Originally from Nice, Grégoire (aka Craig Ouar) moved for a while in Paris to perfect his musical knowledge. Passionate about Brazilian music and culture, he left France for Rio de Janeiro in 2006. He created the collective "DOMpwl". Grégoire transmits a great festive energy mixing the various genres, his constant research in Brazilian music make him a key figure on the subject and allow him to be connected to the most influential "diggers" of the globe and therefore to have access to the most unusual and rarest discs in the world.
MALCOM: Born in Nice, the Global Warming Records label mixes cultures and influences, while keeping a clearly electronic sound and a coherent spirit. New representative of a dreamy house with ethnic and shamanic roots, his boss Malcolm Mitchell alias Malcolm, also furies the music of African, South American, Caribbean, Native American, not to mention the schools Rock, Folk and Disco ...
